I purchased from the Edmonton location, can I return to Calgary? Or, if I purchased at the Calgary location, can I return to Edmonton?

Any items purchased in Edmonton or on the Edmonton website can only be returned to the Edmonton store. 
Any items purchased in Calgary or on the Calgary website can only be returned to Calgary.

What is your in-store return policy?

You have 14 days for in-store credit or exchange on all REGULAR PRICED items. All sale and promo items, accessories(jewelry, perfume, body products, bodysuits, swimwear) and masks are FINAL SALE - no exceptions.

What happens if I place an online order, and change my mind before I get it. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

We do NOT offer refunds. If you don’t want your order, we will process the return to online/store credit and email it to you.

Day 1 for exchanges start from the first day Canada Post tries to deliver, and for in-store pickup it’s the day you receive your confirmation email not the day you pick up.
If you wish to return your regular priced item(s) you must email for an authorization code.
** A $10 processing fee will be charged to all returns that received free shipping. This will be deducted from your credited amount. We do not offer refunds. 
**All items must be unworn, with original tags left on, or they will be sent back to you COD, or not accepted for in-store returns.
